When you purchase a product from us online, we naturally need some of your details to process in our administration. Fairf.nl processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:· First and last name
We like to address you by your first and last name.
We do this on your invoice and on the address label for the delivery person, among other things.
· Address details
We state your address and place of residence on your invoice and also use this as a delivery address if desired.
The invoice details cannot be changed afterwards.
· Phone number
This is optional and you do not necessarily have to provide it, but it is very useful if we need to call you if something in your order is unclear or if there is an issue with the delivery of your package.
· Email address
Your email address is our most important means of communication. You will receive your account registration confirmation, order, shipping and invoice details, return requests, and newsletter subscriptions here. In addition, customer service uses your email address to inform you. We also use the email address to verify that the order and the order number belong together.
This way, we are sure that you are who you say you are and not someone else. Safety first.
· Order number
With your order number, we can find out what you ordered from us and when.
· Contact with our customer service
To help you as quickly and effectively as possible, we often ask for an order number, name,
email address, or phone number. This allows us to quickly access your details and assist you further.
Website visit

Account
An account is super useful. We store details of previous orders, invoices, your personal details, and your favourite colours and products in it. This way, you don't have to enter your personal details every time you place an order, and (more smartly) you avoid situations where you can no longer remember which paint or colour you previously ordered.
· First and last name
We like to address our customers by name; we do this in communications regarding your order, as well as on your invoice or in the monthly newsletter.
· Invoice and delivery address
We state your address and place of residence on your invoice and also use this as a delivery address. These details cannot be changed afterwards. You can, however, provide a changed delivery address before placing a new order. This will also be saved here.
· Phone number
Not required, but allowed. We prefer to contact you personally.
· Email address
This also serves as your username to log into your fairf.nl account. We also use your email address to send you personal and general emails. Would you rather not receive any more emails? Then you can adjust your preferences in your account or unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails themselves.
· Password
Your password is stored in encrypted form and we can never view it.
· Order and return number
We keep track of and save the overview of your orders so that we can find what you ordered from us and what the status of this order is.
· Invoice
Our invoices contain the following details: first and last name, address and place of residence, invoice number, and order number. You cannot change the invoice afterwards.
Social Media
We are also active on social media; Facebook and Instagram. You can also watch videos of us on YouTube.
We show you relevant products, inspirational images, or offers on these channels. However, your customer data is never shared with any of these parties.
Newsletter & email
We only send newsletters with your permission. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
