A new chapter, a new room. You may already have the colours in mind. Take time to choose your palette, try samples in the room’s light and plan the painting. If you are pregnant and want to paint yourself, ask your midwife or doctor for advice about your situation, taking the product information into account.
What do the label and product information tell you?
An EU Ecolabel or emissions test provides information about specific product properties. It is not a general guarantee that painting during pregnancy is safe. Water-based or low-odour paint does not mean that all substances are harmless. Follow the label and technical data sheet for application, ventilation and drying times. Is fairf also safe for children?
At fairf, we wanted to be sure that our product is also safe for young children when they come into contact with painted toys or furniture. That is why we have had this extensively tested. And good news: even if your child decides to sink their brand-new baby teeth into that painted rocking horse, fairf multi-primer, lacquer, and wall paint are safe.
