How much paint do I need?
Estimate using 10 m² per litre per coat, rather than the theoretical coverage in the technical data sheet. Actual usage depends on the surface, film thickness and application.

application Fairf extra matt wall paint can be applied with a brush, roller, block brush, or airless spray at a temperature between 10 and 30°C (relative humidity max 85%). The paint can be used undiluted when using a brush or roller. See the datasheet for recommended dilution percentages if using an airless sprayer. Stir well before use! The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease, wax, silicone, and dust.
drying At 20°C and a relative humidity of 60%, the paint is dust-dry after approximately 20 minutes and can be recoated after approximately 2 hours (drying times may vary with thicker layers or dilution).
coverage With 1 litre of fairf extra matt wall paint, you can cover approximately 10m². This depends on the material you are painting, the quality of the surface, and the shape of the object being painted.
testing and certificates This product is listed on EU Ecolabel certificate NL/044/005. The label sets environmental and performance criteria for paint. See the certificate and product scope on our certificates page. For a custom colour or different tinting base, ask us whether it is covered by the licence.
packaging and shelf life Fairf extra matt wall paint is available in 1, 2.5, and 10-litre cans. When kept frost-free and cool in a tightly closed container, the paint has a shelf life of at least 12 months.

| fairf safely | We have formulated this product with the utmost care, but we still have a few warnings. Keep fairf out of the reach of children, if only to prevent them from finger-painting with it. If swallowed, consult a doctor. This product contains <0.3% Volatile Organic Compounds and no Cobalt. EU limit value for this product (cat A/a.): 30g/l (2010). Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May cause an allergic reaction. Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray mist. |
